Happy Birthday, Hunter!

Ladies, We have another birthday to celebrate along with the 4th of July.  Hunter was born on July 3rd.  I want to wish my recent travel partner a Happy Birthday and a wish that she is well enough to kick up her heels and celebrate. If not, then I wish you time to listen to the sweet sounds of Ed Ames singing.

Happy Birthday!

Suzy

    Hunter,
What? You're not still sick are you?

I went to the store to get you a Mingo cake but all they had was Ice Age, Barbie and Spongebob! So then I asked if they at least had a cake with feathers on it, but that just got me a lot of strange looks so I left. They are having some fireworks here and I didn't know that many people celebrated your birthday! I hope they are having fireworks for you there too! Have a great one!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Hunter! May Mingo and Dan Decorate your Cake. Let's see, we can have Dan's cabin on there with Dan and Mingo standing on the porch waving a Happy Birthday to you! Would you prefer, chocolate, yellow, marble or white cake? Whatever it is, I hope it tastes good!

    Hello Hunter,

Happy Birthday to you. And now I have a face, and a person to put to a name after meeting you and having dinner with you and Suzy at Fort Boonesborough.

I wish you many Mingo thoughts and much Ed Ames' music to light up your birthday cake. (Who needs fireworks? LOL)

    Take care,

    Susie C.

Thank you, ladies, for all the birthday wishes! I spent the day taking it very easy reading Marion Zimmer Bradley and taking a long nap in the afternoon. I am on my second round of antibiotics for the strep throat; my birthday cake was actually peanut butter & chocolate ice cream!

So my thanks to all of you. It's pouring rain here, so I don't think we'll be doing a barbecue in the back yard today. Oh well...

Hunter, I forgot, what state are you in? Rain just stopped here a few hours ago but still cold. Was 60 degrees all morning! Warming up a little now.

        Hi Keats,

I live in Illinois, just east of St. Louis (it's called the MetroEast area). Today it's a little bit overcast, but the temperature is cooler than usual. Wonderful!
